Bologna is connected to the main Italian cities by high-speed trains and the A1 motorway.

The Royal Hotel Carlton is located in the centre of Bologna, near the pedestrian area, outside the
restricted traffic zone, a few steps from the railway station and Piazza Maggiore.

To reach the hotel with a satellite navigation system, enter Via Milazzo 6 to avoid the restricted
traffic zone.

The hotel is 9 km from G. Marconi Airport and only 500 metres (6 minutes' walk) from the Central
Station.

For those travelling by car, a private garage is available, accessible directly from Via Milazzo and
with direct entrance to the hotel.

Sustainability in the real estate sector is becoming increasingly important and involves stakeholders at all levels, from institutional investors to asset managers to individual valuers and valuation companies.

A shift in market demand, now focused on sustainable solutions, and increasing regulatory pressure are causing the real estate sector to reconsider its strategic positioning.

In particular, the European Green Deal and its building-specific legislation will lead to new parameters and rules for assessing properties in terms of value and risk for investors and financial institutions.

This European Valuation Conference will provide key data and analysis on the European Green Deal law emerging from the final negotiations and on the Italian market along with the evolving technical principles for professionals thanks to the high level of the speakers from the most prestigious institutions, regulators, academic and research bodies at national and European level.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the organising secretariat: secretariat@tegbo.com.
For all cancellations received by September 30 th , the registration fee will be refunded (deducting an
administrative fee of 10% from the paid amount). After this date, there will be no refund. Refund, if due, will be issued within 60 days of the end of the Conference.

Substitution of a Participant is always allowed and should be kindly communicated by 5 p.m. on Thursday 5

October 2023 to the organisational secretariat: secretariat@tegbo.com.
